current status:

 - short term goal is to get a good file list of the arxiv.org S3 requester-pays AWS bucket;
 - full arxiv.org S3 bucket is ~3M papers (~300 manifests) or ~30M source files (~3k manifests);
 - find below 154 test manifests, each 5MB or ~10k records, not final and logged in a *local* mock log;

the paper-printable format and what gets exactly in each record is not definitive, see example:
